Wall·e
Wall·e is a sensitive, caring, curious, funny trash compactor on wheels. He has been left behind to clean up earth while the human race goes on a celestial cruise where they indulge themselves with food and entertainment until they are just pathetic and in need of gastric bypass surgery.
Wall·e's life is turned upside down when Eve comes to earth in search of any evidence earth can support life again. I hesitate to go any further. I don't want to ruin it for you.
My thoughts...
I sincerely enjoyed this film. It was funny, romantic and from an animation, storytelling and 3d standpoint very impressive. The first half reminds me of Tom Hanks in Castaway with Wilson. You will see what I mean.
Pros:
It embodies everything you have come to expect from Pixar.
Cons:
Nothing negative stands out.
